Swabbing Templates and Rods make it quick and easy to take cleaning validation samples.
The remote swabbing tool from @Globe Industries Pharma Equipments is ideal for reaching difficult to reach places.

The telescopic pole can be quickly extended up to 3m long. The stainless-steel clip on the end can hold most common swab design.

Longer and shorter poles are available from stock on request.

EASY TO USE
     Simply attach the swab to the swab holder. Extend the handle and take a sample.
     An optional wrist strap is also available. This stops the pole from falling if you drop the pole. This is ideal if you are swabbing over a gantry or high up.

     QUALITY The swab holder is made from high quality 316L stainless steel. The telescopic poles are lightweight aluminum.

     FLEXIBILITY Wide range of lightweight poles available up to 6m

Two sizes are available from stock. 50 mm x 50 mm and 100mm x 100mm. Large stocks are available for delivery worldwide.

The Swabbing tool is ideal for taking swabs from difficult to reach places such as large machines, ceilings etc... The handle is telescopic and can be quickly adjusted to the required length. The kits come complete with an angle adjuster which means the swab can be angled to the correct position.

A PTFE template tool is also available. This means swabbing of a pre-determined area is simple. The comes with a telescopic handle. The standard hole is 10 x 10cm. Other template sizes are available on request.
